NeoGraft

NeoGraft Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) is a procedure where our specialists harvest and transplant individual hair follicles to targeted areas on the scalp that are thinning or balding to create a more youthful, full head of hair.

Unlike other hair transplant methods, NeoGraft FUE does not require an incision with a scalpel. Our hair restoration specialists will harvest individual hair follicles from the back of the head (also known as the "donor area") with the NeoGraft device.

The process is gentle and swift. Once the right amount of hair follicles are harvested, our "no-touch" implant technique is implemented. The healthy hair follicles are strategically placed in the thinning or balding area to create a fuller, natural-looking head of hair.

On average, it takes between four and six months to see the transplanted hair begin to grown, and typically 12-18 months to see a completely full result. However, everyone grows hair at a different rate based on several factors. These include genetics, nutrition, hormone levels, and stress.

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a state-of-the-art nonsurgical treatment for men and women that's showing remarkable results in slowing, stopping, and even reversing hair loss. PRP has also shown promising results in individuals with alopecia areata or thinning eyebrows.

Aesthetic results are commonly noticed approximately 4 - 6 months after the initial session and will continue to improve for as much as a complete year following therapy. Since PRP isn't a permanent solution for reversing hair loss, follow-up sessions are recommended every 12 - 18 months. It's essential to note that PRP doesn't develop new hair follicles in areas where you're already bald.

Testimonials

Slide "Dr. Romanelli and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The consultations helped me understand the ins and outs of the procedure, which made me feel much more calm and excited about the decision to have it performed." Actual Patient Slide "Everyone was very friendly and understood my concerns and needs. Dr. Romanelli was very pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest and earned my trust by being so and not promising results that would be unrealistic. This is very important to me since I have had 6 transplant surgeries in the past and some were terrible experiences where I was lied to about what to expect and promised results that I now know were impossible." Actual Patient Slide "Everyone was extremely professional, wait time was short, office was clean and modern, was treated like an intelligent person." Actual Patient Slide "Dr. Romanelli and his staff are a model of medical excellence. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend this practice without any reservations." Actual Patient
